Demonstrations at the Street of craftsmen

At the permanent exhibition Living in Celje on the Street of craftsmen, masters of trade present to the visitors their workshops, equipment, tools, products, knowledge and skills connected to their profession. Visitors can get acquainted with professions and trade shops which were very well represented between both World Wars in Celje. Presented are the professions of a hairdresser, milliner, tailor, watchmaker, goldsmith, shoemaker, fur seamstress, hatter and pharmacist. The street is even fuller when it comes to special museum events, at that time all the masters are present. Furthermore, visitors can get special arrangements for demonstrations of individual crafts.
